About Andrzej

Leading Spirits Industry Executive

Andrzej Janota is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the spirits industry, and a further decade of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Andrzej served as the Chairman of the Polish Spirits Industry Association and represented Poland in the European Spirits Group. He has successfully navigated companies through both growth periods and challenging crises, leading major organizational changes and developing winning business models in diverse markets such as Poland, Ukraine & CIS, Germany, Spain, Turkey, France, and the UK. As a senior executive at Brown-Forman, Andrzej grew iconic brands such as Jack Daniel's, Finlandia Vodka and Woodford Reserve. Most recently, Andrzej was the CEO of BZK Alco, one of Poland’s largest vodka producers, where he has implemented strategic initiatives that have increased market share, optimized product portfolios, and expanded production capabilities.
